My boy Phil is tied for the lead right now at -7 but still a few holes left in 3rd round. Lots of players bunched up close to the lead and will be a shoot out tomorrow. Tiger has flamed out again and is at +3. He barely made the cut. Poor guy has lost his magic. He also kicked clubs, threw them down and the announcers are saying he should have received some caution by the Masters chairperson. Tiger thinks his crap does not stink and really needs to be put in his place.

Congrats to Bubba Watson! Great to see a first time major winner get a green jacket.

Super finish. Great guy to win it. Phil will have to win the US Open!

I'd love to see Phil finally break through at the US Open. It's okay though. Being a Mickelson fan comes with highs and lows. It is a roller coaster ride, but at the end of the day you can be proud of the man Phil is no matter what his game looked like that day.
As a good ol' boy from the South, I can't fault Watson's win either. A guy named Bubba who hugs and cries on his mama's shoulder is always acceptable round here.

Leaving JAX this morning. The airport always has a lifesize poster of a player set up to promote the Players Championship in May. Last year it was Tiger. this year he has been replaced and its Phil. Tigers stock is down after the losses and how he showed his azz at the Masters kicking clubs and such!

I doubt if we'll see the Tiger we used to watch ever again. I think he's peaked and he'll probably win a few tournaments, but I don't see him being dominant like in years past.
