I post this thread not as a jab at any school or coach, circumstances have been different everywhere throughout history. And, no, I cannot give a "link" (I know I saw this earlier in the litterbox but there is way to much poo to sift through now to go back and find it). I used to do "research" threads like this in the dark ages when I was still allowed to post in the litterbox, because I like thought-provoking debates rather than feces-fests, but I saw a disparaging post about Mark Gottfried earlier today in a litterbox thread, so I decided to do a little research (with apologies if I inadvertently left out a school or missed some facts but I've literally been working on this throughout the entire Pitt-UVA game and there is now 7:18 left in the game and it's in a Timeout):
All-Time ACC Schools (Past and/or Present, as of 3/15/14)

I just find it interesting (aside from the fact that NC State is the only school that has EVER been in the ACC that has two separate coaches with 20+ wins in each of their first three seasons at an ACC school) that so many people, some appearing to be fans of other schools and some even appearing to be NC State fans (although I could be wrong), seem to think that NC State needs to ditch Mark Gottfried. I am not one of those people. I am one that fully feels like NC State Mens' Basketball is headed in the right direction, thru objective observation of both on the court performance and off the court results (academics, recruiting, no front page articles for the wrong reasons, etc.)
