The obvious teams in: Syracuse, Duke, UVA, Pitt. Carolina is on the right side of the bubble, but I see them losing a lot of their games down the stretch, unfortunately - both games to Duke, and to State @ PNC. They should beat VT and Wake. I'm not sure how they'll fare in the ACCT; I see Carolina as an 8 or 9 seed.
I thought State would beat Clemson tonight, but unfortunately they lost. Their NCAAT hopes are still alive, though, and I think they squeak in. I'm not sure who Clemson plays after tonight, but they do have a signature win over Duke. I don't see the ACC getting more than 5, maybe 6 teams in the Tourney.
What are your thoughts?

I think your list is correct. State's game last night was a really bad loss for them. I guess you could call it a let-down for how well they played against Cuse. The next games are *must* win games for them or I don't see them getting in, unless somehow they win the ACC Tournament.
TJ Warren is such a great player, he just needs more consistent help from the other guys on the team.
Syracuse Duke UVA Pitt UNC
I think realistically, those are the only ones that get in right now.

I would agree. This is a pretty wide open year. While there may not be many truly dominant teams, there are a lot of good ones. If I had to guess at the #1 seeds right now, I'd probably pick Syracuse, Florida, Wichita State and Arizona. But I don't see a single team in the AP top 25 that would be a big surprise if they made it to the Final Four.
Beyond the five schools you cite from the ACC, everybody else IMO is just going to have too many losses to stand out in a crowded field of bubble teams. Clemson put a dagger in State's heart, and kept their slim hopes alive. But they can't afford to slip up from here on out.

The three of you combined to take all of what I was gonna say, so I'm just gonna sit this one out.

UNC is now solidly in with the victory over Duke last night. There's no longer any questions of whether or not they get in.

Good example of a team gelling and peaking at just the right time of the season.

The main question for me is can Maryland somehow sneak in? They are 7-7 in the league. They still have Syracuse, VaTech and UVa at home and Clemson on the road. Would three wins get them in? That would put them at 18-13 going into the ACCT, probably no better than 19-14 coming out.
I doubt they get in without at least beating either Syracuse or Virginia.

Haven't kept up with Maryland. Do they have any "good wins" or "bad losses"?
I think State needs to win their way in. Good season, so far I'm happy overall, but State hasn't done anything to draw attention to themselves (hold on against Syracuse, not choke up a 15 point lead against Pitt, finish Missouri, etc.)
