I'm just not into baseball, but from what I've been hearing the Cards / Dodgers series has been a good one. I don't really have a dog in the fight, so to speak, but I think it'll end up being Boston and St. Louis in the World Series. Any thoughts, or should we just shut this thread down now?

No, let's get into it. Both LCS' have been great, I'm a Red Sox fan but I've always respected Jim Leyland going back to the Bonilla-Van Slyke-Cyber Roid (oops, my bad, Barry Bonds did still have a human head back then) early 90's Pirates teams.
Cards-Dodgers has been good, Cards are in great shape but anything's still possible.
Red Sox-Tigers has been, in my opinion, at least AS good, all games but one so far have been decided by one run. Pitching has ruled, but the hitting has been picking up lately.

I've been hearing a lot about them on SportsCenter and on the radio, just not interested enough to watch it. I've heard there's been some awesome pitching, which is always good to see.
