You only get one vote! Tell us which team you think will cut down the nets in ATL.

The tournament isn't as prone as it used to be to wild and crazy results. I'm going to go way out on a limb and say this year may be different. My four semifinalists: (1) UNC vs (5) State and (6) Miami vs (10) Virginia Tech. Carolina beats Miami to win it, but both Miami and State play their way into the big dance.
Please understand that I have a rich fantasy life.

Ken D, I don't think you're that far off. I think State and Miami can get to Saturday. I don't see VT getting that far though. If State can commit almost 20 turnovers and beat them by double digits, their heads aren't in the game right now. It'll probably be Duke/UNC on Sunday, but who knows. There's a reason they call it March Madness. It's crazy.

Won't State have to beat Carolina to make it to the dance? Can a win over Virginia and BC get them in?

I think State would have to make it to the tournament final to even be considered for the NCAA tournament. Not likely, but you never know what can happen in March. However, like I said in a previous post, the fact that they are in Carolina's side of the bracket does not bode well for the Pack.

We'll see what happens this weekend. In March, nothing is a sure thing.
