Matt, I certainly hope they are. Going to the playoff games was one of the most exciting sporting events I've ever been to. The RBC Center was so loud...the crowd was amazing, the play on the ice was amazing. Bring it back, Canes!

From the last interview I heard with Jim Rutherford a few weeks ago he made it sound like the Hurricanes organ-eye-zation (gotta get the Canadian pronunciation in) was going to be very aggressive free agent-wise this offseason, it should be interesting once the playoffs are done.

I hope they can make a run in the playoffs next season. The excitement in Raleigh when the Canes are in the playoffs is awesome.
