I know, it's been bugging me not knowing. I have a feeling he's going to UK.

If he goes to UK then you probably didn't really need him in the first place.

At this point, I could care less where he goes. I get the impression he's trying to figure out where he'll get the most playing time and most exposure to improve his draft status. If that's the case, then let him go to Kentucky and wear the blue for one year.

Don't want nobody here that don't want to be here.
If he decides he wants to come to State, would love to have him. If he wants to go somewhere else, didn't need him. Only way I see it, anyway.

He had his pick of good schools, he apparently made the decision he felt was best for him.
Good for him.

Best of luck to the young man. At least he picked a NC school and didn't go to Kentucky.

From hearing his interviews and reading multiple articles regarding his recruitment, he stated he wanted to go to Duke from the beginning, then Duke stopped recruiting him. Once Coach K offered him, he was the only coach he spoke with from Duke. None of the assistance talked to him...he was K's project...and it paid off. However, it sounds like he had made his mind up a long time ago and I don't like the drama that ensued because of it. If he knew he wanted to go to Duke, he should have said so from the beginning and stopped all the BS. I hope he's worth it, that's all I have to say.

If you're right ( IF), then this kid looks like nothing short of an attention whore. Personally, I don't think that's the case, I'm not "hatin' on him" just because he didn't pick State, can't get 'em all, hell I'm just glad State's even being mentioned in a positive way right now. You want a kid to come to your school that WANTS to come to your school and, per his own self, he WANTED to go to Duke. Give him the benefit of the doubt. Best of luck to him except when Duke plays State, then I hope his team loses. Nothing more, nothing less. Go Pack

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree. Because this kid took a long time to decide does not make him an attention whore. He wasnt giving tons of interviews and I never saw rumors on where he was going except for the fans of the team speculating. I never read anything about his dad or mom or any other family member saying stuff. If he took a long time, so be it. He doesnt owe any of us anything and I actually think he shied away from the attention. I think he was smart. He waited to see who was leaving and who was going where before he made his decision. Seems pretty smart to me. From hearing his interviews and reading multiple articles regarding his recruitment, he stated he wanted to go to Duke from the beginning, then Duke stopped recruiting him. Hey Devil, I hear (read?) you; I was mainly referring to Tizu saying he felt Amile had his mind made up a while back, etc. I did say I didn't think that was the case, and I also wholeheartedly agree with you that he (nor any other recruit, for that matter) doesn't owe anybody a thing as far as when he announces his decision. As a grown man, I've got many more things to be concerned about besides where a kid wants to attend school to play a game. Best wishes to him and his family. Hey - what's with the small type font? Us old geezers have a hard enough time with the big print version.

it does that automatically when you hit the "Quote" button...you have to make sure you type the text outside the [/quote] portion for it to appear "normal".
